We all enjoyed the comfortable homey atmosphere here. The kids loved the bathroom separate from the vanity (so they could do their hair while others showered... teenagers). The pool was refreshing to get into after getting out of the ocean. And the rooms were very nice.

We all miss our little gecko this year though ;) We have had a great time snorkelling and swimming. The luau was beautiful, perfect weather, great food and entertainment. Our best meal was at Mama’s Fish House – worth every $! The open space and laid-back attitude here in Maui makes this a welcome break for this Canadian family living in the masses in Tokyo. Mahalo!

We enjoyed the location, particularly since our teenager could not drive the rental car. It was nice for of us to walk across the street to the beach, or next door for dinner, ice cream, etc. The ceiling fans were great, we only used the a/c the first night – after that we discovered the cross-ventilation.
